of almonds
dry roasted or raw - if raw soak for 12 hours overnight

purified water

cup
ice
OPTIONAL SWEETENER

tablespoons
honey OR molasses OR a 2 to 3 soaked/pitted dates
2 to 5
drops or 1 teaspoon Stevia or other sugar substitute of choice
OPTIONAL FLAVOR

tablespoons
cocoa powder

teaspoon
vanilla
1
teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1
teaspoon
vanilla
Instructions
Add above ingredients to jar and secure the lid.
For
Blendtec
: Press the WHOLE JUICE Button
For
Vitamix:
Select VARIABLE, speed #1. Turn on machine and quickly increase speed to #10; then to HIGH. Run for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth.
Strain through a 4 layer cheesecloth or use a
nut milk bag
